• 01Be the customer’s Technology Strategy Trusted Advisor
• 02Ensure Selling Strategy aligns to the Technology Strategy and meets customers’ needs
• 03Establish and drive the Strategic Technology Plan by tightly-integrating customer priorities with Kaspersky Lab strategic capabilities & positioning Security vision across all customers
• 04Accelerate customer’s transition to the new product/s by ensuring their infrastructure is ready and the strategic technology plan supports a smooth transition
• 05Clear any technical blockers identified
• 06Drive the successful product deployment & adoption
• 07Provide technical support to customers
• 08Present KL brand and products / solutions at conferences and other events
• 09Adjust existing or develop new training and deliver them to educate channel partner teams on full scope of KL solutions
• 10Provide coaching and professional development to technical teams of partners in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
• 11Provides product knowledge and technical support to channel partners and channel team members
• 12Work closely with territory channel team to identify gaps in technical education

Требования

• 013+ years of experience in cyber security presales management or 5+ years in cyber security technical positions
• 02Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 03Certification on IT, security are preferred
• 04Deep proven knowledge of the following security technologies (EP, EDR, Anti APT and Threat Intel)
• 05Experience in interacting with end users, top executives and managers
• 06Knowledge of competitors solutions/portfolio
• 07Experience in working with large scale projects and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders
• 08Fluent English, Portuguese is a plus point
