Обязанности
- 01Lead the design and delivery of semi-annual Company Kickoffs
- 02Support the annual planning process, coordinating inputs from department leaders
- 03Prepare quarterly ELT Strategy Days including topic selection, pre-reads, facilitation materials
- 04Synthesize scattered inputs from executives into decision-ready artifacts
- 05Own end-to-end preparation of board materials
- 06Maintain reliable source of truth for board and executive reporting metrics
- 07Drive company's operating rhythm including Weekly Business Reviews and OKR tracking
- 08Track executive action items to closure and remove blockers
- 09Improve operational cadences by identifying inefficiencies
- 10Take ownership of ambiguous cross-functional initiatives
- 11Structure new work with clear charter and drive projects to measurable outcomes
- 12Build and maintain AI workflows that automate recurring operational work
- 13Prototype AI solutions and measure effectiveness
- 14Document and share reusable AI workflows across teams
- 15Set practical guardrails for AI implementations
Требования
- 01Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles
- 02Experience supporting stakeholders at all levels including senior executives
- 03Systems thinker with ability to design processes others can run
- 04Owner mentality with high tolerance for ambiguity
- 05Ability to take unclear requests, define problems, and drive to positive outcomes
Условия
- 01Full-time position based out of Denver office
- 02Hybrid work model with blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration
- 03Two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team
- 04Reports to Chief of Staff of the COO Office
