Обязанности
- 01Own and evolve Brex’s brand identity system, including visual language, typography, color, illustration, and brand patterns
- 02Define and maintain brand standards that balance consistency with creative flexibility across teams and channels
- 03Translate company strategy and brand vision into clear, compelling visual direction in partnership with leadership
- 04Design and deliver new brand expressions that advance the identity while preserving recognition and equity
- 05Lead high-impact brand work beyond the core system, including special campaigns, sub-brands, and select product or service launches
- 06Art direct and contribute to brand campaigns, collaborating with external partners and internal teams to ensure exceptional craft
- 07Provide guidance and feedback across the organization to raise the quality and effectiveness of brand execution
Требования
- 017+ years of experience in brand design or art direction, with a strong focus on identity systems and brand evolution
- 02A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, system design, and high-quality execution across identities and campaigns
- 03Deep expertise in typography, color, composition, and building scalable visual systems
- 04Strong ability to articulate design decisions and build alignment with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
- 05Experience working across multiple workstreams in fast-paced, evolving environments
- 06Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with comfort prototyping and iterating quickly
- 07Practical experience using AI tools in the creative process with sound judgment on when and how to apply them
Условия
- 01Role based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York office
- 02Hybrid environment with minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- 03Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work
