Обязанности

01Elevate our brand presence across key surfaces including social media, integrated campaigns, out-of-home, growth experiments, and branded content
02Support and refine the company’s visual identity system, ensuring consistency across all channels and applications
03Design creative assets for campaigns, launches, social, web, presentations, and email
04Partner with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and produce storytelling-driven visuals that communicate complex ideas clearly
05Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class creative work
06Push creative boundaries while keeping work aligned with strategic business goals
07Have strong design taste and clear judgment
08Be able to show work, get decisions made, and turn ideas into business impact through excellent execution

016+ years of experience in brand design with agencies or in-house teams
02Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, high-quality design work across a range of mediums
03Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work and rationale to stakeholders
04High level of craft across typography, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy
05Attention to detail, you sweat the small stuff to make every piece feel intentional and refined
06A strategic mindset with an understanding of how design impacts business and brand perception
07Proficient in Figma

01Role will be based in our San Francisco, Seattle, or New York office
02Hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home
03Currently require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
04Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work
