01Lead the design and execution of innovative technical and analytical solutions to optimize and scale world-class e-commerce products
02Analyzing business goals, market needs, and technical requirements to develop product roadmaps and key metrics for discounting features
03Analyzing redemption rates, ROI, and other metrics to optimize performance
04Planning and executing product research, usability studies, and functional experiments to identify areas for improvement, forecast results, and inform product direction
05Designing self-service tools and scalable integrations to assist business partners in providing more offerings to customers
06Working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and marketing to launch new promotional capabilities

01Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
022 years of experience in the job offered or related
032 years of product management experience overseeing roadmap strategy, definition, and end-to-end product delivery and negotiating tradeoffs
042 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to identify new roadmap opportunities and software product improvements
052 years of designing and developing large-scale software products in deeply technical domains
062 years of experience developing metrics and KPIs to measure product performance
072 years of experience executing and analyzing user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments
082 years of experience using SQL or similar analytical tools to develop data-driven recommendations for product development
092 years of experience working with APIs, microservices, and web application technologies
