Обязанности

01Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for catalog attributes
02Translate ambiguous, complex problems into structured plans and drive execution from discovery and prioritization through launch, iteration, and scale
03Use data and customer insights to run experiments, understand root causes, and design solutions that balance speed and accuracy across the attribute lifecycle
04Build strong relationships and feedback loops across multiple departments
05Establish and continuously improve mechanisms for operational excellence including governance rituals, quality dashboards, and postmortems

015+ years of product management experience in catalog, data platforms, content systems, or ML/AI-adjacent products
02Proven ability to set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments
03Demonstrated proficiency using data to drive decisions including defining KPIs and interpreting experiments
04Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with track record of building trust across high-stakeholder-count environments
05Experience in marketplaces, logistics, e-commerce, or consumer technology
06Hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics including A/B testing, SQL, and dashboards
07Experience with product attribute systems, catalog data, content management, or source prioritization at marketplace scale
08Familiarity with data pipelines, ML extraction workflows, or quality evaluation frameworks
09History of translating commercial commitments into engineering requirements
10People leadership experience with passion for coaching and fostering inclusive team culture
