Обязанности

01Develop, build, test and deploy custom software solutions leveraging a wide array of Smartsheet product & third party APIs
02Design and build AI-powered workflows and automations leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and Smartsheet's native AI capabilities
03Lead technical consulting engagements by leading design sessions, defining technical requirements, and validating solution architecture
04Design and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
05Partner directly with customer teams throughout an engagement to translate real-world pain points into working solutions
06Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions in close collaboration with customers
07Own solutions end-to-end from initial discovery through deployment, adoption, and ongoing refinement
08Build reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators for future customer engagements
09Serve as the Smartsheet subject matter expert on product capabilities and AI-powered extensibility scenarios
10Manage all aspects of technical projects including schedule, deliverables, deadlines and client relationships
11Drive the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements
12Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role
13Provide feedback to Product & Platform Engineering teams

013 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education
02Working experience with two or more of our primary languages (.Net, NodeJS, Python, Java, Ruby)
03Full-stack development skills with ability to independently design, build, and ship production-quality applications
04Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and experience integrating them into applications via APIs
05Working knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent design patterns
06Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code
07Willing to travel periodically (up to 15%) based on customer and business need
08Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel
09Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance
10Customer facing experience
11Comfort operating with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
12Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on solutions based on direct customer feedback
13Experience working with SaaS/IPaaS applications in an enterprise environment
14Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
15Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume best practices
16Knowledge of data integration and experience integrating SaaS applications with different business systems
17Bachelors in MIS, CIS, CS preferred but not required
