Обязанности

01Achieve over 95% destination On-Time Performance (OTP) by proactively managing operational elements including terminals, carriers, rail providers, warehouses, and truckers
02Coach vendors, serve as primary escalation point, and act as technical support liaison
03Collaborate with Trucking Procurement team to adjust volume allocations and provide insights into trucking market needs
04Develop and own vendor relationships to support growth and deliver best-in-class service
05Develop dashboards to measure trucking SLAs
06Work cross-functionally with business leads to help set and achieve key results
07Manage performance reporting at market and vendor level including inbound forecasting, milestone reporting, pickup and delivery
08Provide product support to drayage carriers through onboarding, training and coaching dispatchers on Transmission
09Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for drayage market allocations
10Oversee implementation of new FCL/LCL destination business through carrier selection, SOP development, and shipment monitoring
11Navigate service escalations with Gateway Operator peers to keep freight moving

01BA/BS degree and/or 2+ years of experience in relevant freight forwarding, transportation or supply chain roles
02Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
03In-depth knowledge of product and technology within the industry
04Experience building product and partnering with product teams to deliver innovative solutions
05Industry expert knowledge on ground transportation with experience in imports/exports from sales, operational and procurement perspective
06Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
07Analytical skills and metric/data based approach to problem solving
08Strategic vision and ground floor execution
