Обязанности
- 01Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify suitable acquisition targets
- 02Evaluate industry trends that influence the company's growth strategy
- 03Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable market insights
- 04Develop financial models to project future cash flows and revenue impacts for potential acquisitions
- 05Analyze the historical financial performance of target companies to guide strategic decision-making
- 06Lead the entire M&A process, from sourcing potential deals to negotiating and closing transactions
- 07Conduct thorough due diligence to identify risks and evaluate synergies
- 08Drive post-merger integration planning in coordination with functional stakeholders, ensuring deal value is captured
- 09Prepare and present materials for executive and board-level audiences
Требования
- 016–10 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, or corporate development at a leading technology company
- 02Successful track record of executing M&A transactions
- 03Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills
- 04Deep experience with negotiation and deal structuring
- 05Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- 06Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely
- 07High degree of intellectual curiosity and business judgment
- 08MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
