Обязанности
- 01Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential acquisition targets through market research, business model assessment, and financial analysis
- 02Coordinating and mentoring junior team members across projects, including task allocation and quality control of deliverables
- 03Performing business valuation and developing financial models
- 04Preparing high-quality presentation materials for senior management and the Board
- 05Participating in due diligence processes, coordinating with external advisers, and supporting deal structuring
- 06Contributing to transaction execution, including preparation and review of transaction documentation, negotiations and post-merger integration activities
- 07Supporting strategic non-equity partnerships and other corporate development initiatives
Требования
- 013-6 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, in-house M&A, or Big 4 valuation / transaction advisory
- 02Strong valuation, financial modeling, and corporate finance expertise
- 03Solid understanding of technology-driven business models
- 04Working knowledge of transaction documentation and deal processes
- 05Proven experience in successfully closed transactions
- 06Degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a reputable university
- 07Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- 08Supporting strategic non-equity partnerships and other corporate development initiatives including real estate–related transactions and deals involving closed-end investment funds (ZPIFs)
- 09Hands-on experience in public and private debt structuring
- 10Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- 11Strong desire to learn
- 12Can-do attitude
- 13Ability to work in team
