- 01Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations
- 02Apply learnings and best practices to design systems, prototyping tools, and accessibility to projects across our platform
- 03Advocate for our community of players and creators, solving user challenges while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency throughout the design process
- 04Receive ongoing mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities for growth as a product designer
Требования
- 01Pursuing or an undergraduate/graduate degree in Design (i.e., UX/UI, Interaction, Motion, Graphics, Typography, Web, or Product) or a related field
- 02Proficient in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- 03Curious about people's behaviors, needs, and motivations, recognizing this as essential to the design process
- 04Aesthetically inclined, valuing the design of the world around you, from software and hardware to architecture and art

- 01Location: San Mateo, CA
- 02Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday
