Обязанности
- 01Maintain and update detailed sailing schedules within Core, coordinating closely with Gateway teams and stakeholders
- 02Ensure accurate publishing and alignment of schedules, and provide timely communication to all relevant parties
- 03Reduce mismatch between auto-sourcing outputs and actual offline schedules through diligent review and maintenance
- 04Support the speedy release of SOs (Shipping Orders) to the correct sailings, especially with high-volume and peak season traffic
- 05Collaborate with teams across Gateway Planning, Product, and BCO Management to support schedule feasibility and product development
Требования
- 01Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 02Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced operations environment
- 03Good communication skills and the ability to proactively coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- 04Proficiency with digital tools; prior experience with supply chain platforms is a plus
- 05Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute ideas for process improvement
