Обязанности

01Build, own, and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for corporate services categories, including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
02Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from initial market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and long-term supplier performance management
03Lead, manage, and mentor Sourcing Specialists while actively building out and scaling the corporate procurement team
04Serve as a trusted business partner to corporate leaders across the business, aligning procurement initiatives with organizational goals to drive value and support Crusoe's growth
05Conduct rigorous spend analysis and develop category strategies that generate measurable cost savings and continuously elevate corporate procurement practices
06Negotiate complex vendor contracts and manage strategic supplier relationships to optimize cost, maintain top-tier quality, and ensure seamless service delivery

01Bachelor's degree
0210+ years of dedicated experience in category management or procurement with a primary focus on indirect procurement and corporate services
03Demonstrated track record of developing strategic category plans that deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiency
04Advanced contract negotiation capabilities and proven expertise in supplier relationship management (SRM)
05Exceptional spend analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities paired with the capacity to influence and partner with stakeholders at all organizational levels
06Hands-on experience working with modern Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as Coupa, Zip, or SAP Ariba
