Обязанности

01Own and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories, including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
02Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management
03Serve as a key business partner to corporate leaders, delivering value, mitigating risk, and ensuring the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth
04Lead and manage Sourcing Specialists and support the build-out of the corporate procurement team
05Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement
06Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery

01Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
027+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
03Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
04Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
05Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with exceptional stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
06Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)
