Обязанности

01Own and ship backend features and improvements from requirements through delivery and follow-up
02Design, implement, test, and ship backend features with minimal guidance in Ruby/Rails, Go, or other modern languages
03Write maintainable, secure, observable, and performant code
04Design and maintain APIs, background jobs, integrations, and bounded service functionality
05Work with data models, migrations, indexes, and query behavior
06Add and improve automated coverage (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end)
07Review others' code for correctness, maintainability, security, performance, and operational risk
08Investigate build, test, deployment, and runtime failures at the feature boundary
09Identify technical debt and propose practical improvements
10Take part in on-call or operational support where required
11Use AI productively in daily work and validate its outputs

01Professional experience building and shipping production backend applications
02Strong programming, API, database, testing, debugging, and performance fundamentals
03Experience with Ruby/Rails, Go, or any other modern backend language
04Ability to take a feature from clarification through delivery and follow-up
05Sound instincts about security, reliability, performance, maintainability, and operational risk
06Understanding of modular backend boundaries and consequences of coupling
07Strong written communication and effective collaboration in remote, asynchronous environment
08Practical experience with AI coding tools including ability to review and correct generated code
