Обязанности
- 01Own and ship backend features and improvements with minimal guidance
- 02Design, implement, test, and ship backend features in Ruby/Rails, Go, or other modern languages
- 03Write maintainable, secure, observable, and performant code
- 04Design and maintain APIs, background jobs, integrations, and bounded service functionality
- 05Work with data models, migrations, indexes, and query behavior
- 06Add and improve automated test coverage
- 07Review others' code for correctness, maintainability, security, performance, and operational risk
- 08Investigate build, test, deployment, and runtime failures
- 09Identify technical debt and propose practical improvements
- 10Participate in on-call or operational support as required
- 11Use AI productively in daily work, validate its output, and understand its limitations
Требования
- 01Professional experience building and shipping production backend applications
- 02Strong fundamentals in programming, API, database, testing, debugging, and performance
- 03Experience with Ruby/Rails, Go, or any other modern backend language
- 04Ability to take a feature from clarification through delivery and follow-up
- 05Ability to work independently while seeking input at the right time
- 06Sound instincts about security, reliability, performance, maintainability, and operational risk
- 07Understanding of modular backend boundaries and the consequences of coupling
- 08Strong written communication skills
- 09Effective collaboration in a remote, asynchronous environment
- 10Practical experience with AI coding tools, including the ability to review and correct their output
