Обязанности
- 01Prepare Indirect Tax compliance including the financial support information (VAT, GST, Sales Tax, Use Tax and Property Tax fillings)
- 02Prepare monthly tax reconciliations and associated journal entries
- 03Maintain and add exemption/resale certificates and Tax ID information
- 04Ensure timely and accurate filings to minimize assessments and penalties by maintaining the tax calendar
- 05Assist on audit requests and special project needs
- 06Prepare and ensure the payments requests and submissions
- 07Reconcile data between systems to ensure integrity and accuracy
- 08Research various indirect tax matters/law updates and document conclusions
- 09Participate in the calculation of indirect tax reserves and budgets
- 10Drive the digital transformation of our tax function, identifying and executing process improvements through technology, automation, and AI
Требования
- 01Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 022+ years of significant experience at a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of a multinational company
- 03Proficient in Excel and AI technology
- 04Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
- 05Proactive and inquisitive
- 06Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external service providers
- 07International VAT knowledge is a plus
- 08Both public accounting and technology industry experience
- 09Experience with Oracle and AI
