01Review and lead the gathering of business, functional and technical requirements for establishing an Identity platform powered by Okta for customers
02Work with customers to document common technical and functional requirements for specific solutions
03Support creation of project plans to develop and implement proposed solutions
04Participate as member of professional services delivery team to translate requirements to designs and provide technical leadership
05Assist in periodic customer health-checks and project reviews

018+ years of overall IT / software development experience, solution design and technical architecture experience
023+ years of consulting experience
033+ years driving application architecture design
043+ years of experience with (IAM) architectures
053+ years of experience with implementing cloud computing solutions such as AWS, Google Apps, Salesforce etc.
06Experience with customer identity use cases for B2C and B2B: user registration, multifactor authentication, SSO, delegated administration, social identities
07Demonstrated ability to work and interact with CxOs and high-level customer executives
08Experience in leading discovery workshop to derive customer requirements, specifications, business processes
09Experience in developing functional specifications and system design specifications for customer engagements
10Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST
