Обязанности

01Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for all reusable assets and solutions developed by the R&D team
02Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices to guide the development team
03Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms to meet project requirements and long-term business goals
04Mentor engineers and the Development Manager on complex technical challenges and architectural principles
05Lead design reviews and ensure that all solutions align with the defined architecture and security standards
06Collaborate with Product Management to assess the technical feasibility of new ideas and contribute to the R&D roadmap
07Prototype and spike new technologies and approaches to de-risk projects and drive innovation

0110+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or architect role
02Expert-level knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and distributed systems
03Deep-seated experience designing and building applications using multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, C#/.NET) and front-end frameworks (e.g., React)
04Extensive experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and designing cloud-native solutions
05Proven ability to think strategically and create a long-term technical vision
06Strong understanding of security best practices and identity concepts (IAM, OAuth, SAML)
07Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
