Обязанности
- 01Architect the foundational systems behind PCI-compliant card vaulting and tokenization
- 02Design and build card authentication capabilities (3DS, network tokenization)
- 03Design payment optimization capabilities to lift authorization and acceptance rates
- 04Architect systems for account updater and portfolio migration
- 05Design bank-grade, resilient capabilities for a zero-tolerance-for-failure environment
- 06Champion a 'You Build It, You Run It' culture where the team owns services from code to production
- 07Mentor engineers and partner with Product, the CTO Office, and Staff Engineers across domains
Требования
- 01Extensive software engineering experience with deep expertise in Go and/or Kotlin
- 02Proven track record architecting robust, scalable, and maintainable distributed systems
- 03Experience building foundational platform capabilities or complex distributed systems involving tokenization, card vaulting, authentication, or PCI-scoped infrastructure
- 04Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native services (RDS, ECS, EKS, S3)
- 05Excellent automated testing practices within Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD workflows
- 06Proven technical leadership mentoring engineers, driving technical vision, and delivering complex cross-team projects
- 07Advanced proficiency in English, written and spoken
