Обязанности

01Lead the technical evolution of Yuno's APIs and payment integrations, setting architectural direction and engineering standards
02Hire, mentor, coach, and develop engineers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative engineering culture
03Own system and integration architecture connecting backend services and payment flows, while contributing hands-on to development, architecture decisions, and code reviews
04Drive best practices in API design, testing, performance, security, and maintainability
05Partner with Product, Backend, and Payments teams to align technical solutions with business and merchant needs
06Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, well-documented, and capable of supporting enterprise merchants and global payment volumes
07Provide engineers with technical guidance and architectural direction, helping the team grow its technical capabilities

01Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
02Strong ability to drive technical decisions and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
03Experience in payments companies, payments-related teams, or working with PSP integrations
04Deep experience with payments infrastructure, including network tokens, routing, and transaction optimization
05Solid hands-on backend engineering experience, with proficiency in Java, Golang, Kotlin, or similar languages
06Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and integration patterns
07Experience working with SQL and relational databases
08Knowledge of secure software development practices and OWASP principles
09Experience setting standards for AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and code generation using LLMs and tools like Claude Code or similar
10Experience delivering in agile environments and adapting processes to what actually works for the team
11Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
12Advanced English proficiency required
