Обязанности

01Design new and improved experiences across stripe.com, including product, industry, and solution landing pages
02Collaborate with engineers, PMMs, and content designers to define problems, explore solutions, and bring them to life
03Partner with other designers to maintain and evolve systems that uphold Stripe's design standards at scale
04Balance storytelling with usability to create pages that are engaging, credible, and easy to navigate
05Use user research, user testing, and data to guide and validate your decisions
06Participate in critique and feedback sessions, contributing to the overall quality bar of the team
07Demonstrate a meticulous attention to craft—ensuring designs are not only functional, but visually excellent

012–4 years of relevant design experience, ideally in web or product marketing contexts
02A strong portfolio of web design work that demonstrates exceptional visual design skills, systems thinking, and attention to detail
03Ability to independently scope and lead small to medium-sized projects
04Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
05Fluency in layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and interaction fundamentals
06Comfortable using Figma and working in component-based systems
07Experience working on CMS-driven websites and modular systems
08Familiarity with front-end development workflows or an ability to speak fluently with engineers
09Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
10Experience designing for international audiences or multilingual websites
11Previous experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
