Обязанности
- 01Be an adamant maker that is genuinely curious, experimental, and loves to tinker, iterate quickly, and innovate on ideas, narrative, and making beautiful things
- 02Contribute to raising the team's standards and culture of craft through the quality, clarity, and consistency of your own work
- 03Elevate and shape a brand system that is flexible enough to work across various surfaces and exemplifies Stripe’s commitment to craft & beauty
- 04Collaborate with like-minded creative people who have radically different skill sets and together create ideas that envision an optimistic, progressive future
- 05Partner widely with cross-functional teams to build upon great ideas through making things
- 06Give and solicit feedback from wide range of teammates and stakeholders
Требования
- 015+ years of relevant design and art direction experience for technical and product-driven companies
- 02Experience creating high-quality visual design work, with strong typography and a hands-on approach to making and iterating.
- 03Strong track record of independently delivering work as well as influencing the work of other designers, contractors, and agencies
- 04Experience applying and evolving a brand in a fast-paced environment.
- 05Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and Google slides
- 06Demonstrated experimentation with AI tools to both generate ideas, get stakeholders to see where an idea is headed, and to scale design
