014+ years of engineering management experience, directly managing and growing teams of 5+ engineers focused on building and shipping products at scale
028+ years of full-time software development experience
03Track record of leading engineering teams responsible for high-traffic, low-latency, and extensible systems
04Deep user empathy with a history of working backwards from internal and external customer needs
05Proven ability to drive rigorous decision-making and build strong partnerships across teams
06Ability to handle ambiguity, creatively solve complex challenges, and execute on competing high-impact priorities
