Обязанности
- 01Set technical strategy for the team on a year-long time scale
- 02Collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle with product management, design & analytics
- 03Act as a force-multiplier through definition and advocacy of technical solutions and operational processes
- 04Take ownership of team's operations and availability including monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing and alerting
- 05Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards
- 06Help develop talent on the team by providing feedback and guidance
Требования
- 018+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale using languages like Python or Kotlin
- 02Extensive track record of developing highly available distributed systems using technologies like AWS, MySQL, Spark and Kubernetes
- 03Experience delivering major features, system components or deprecating existing functionality through technical and execution plans
- 04Ability to write high quality code that is easily understood and used by others
- 05Thrive in ambiguity and comfortable moving from low level language idioms to architecture of large systems
- 06Mastered gathering and iterating on feedback from engineering and cross-functional peers
- 07Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with global engineering team
