01Lead a team of talented engineers responsible for building and maintaining Cloudflare’s billing and payments infrastructure
02Oversee the development of scalable, high-reliability financial infrastructure that handles everything related to Cloudflare’s revenue
03Play a key role in rebuilding our entire billing platform, designing a next-generation financial infrastructure
04Drive the execution of complex technical initiatives, ensuring our architecture is resilient, scalable, and future-proof
05Focus on growing and mentoring a high-performing engineering team
06Set clear expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, and create an environment where engineers can thrive
07Collaborate closely with product, engineering, finance, data science, operations and support departments to align technical decisions with business objectives
08Manage priorities and navigate a fast-paced environment

01Experience leading a team or multiple teams of senior and staff engineers
02Experience working with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, and clearly creating and communicating technical direction for large cross-company efforts
03Comfortable leading and hiring a team that builds the backend systems and frontend parts of the product
04Excel at planning, creating teams and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability
05Comfortable building developer-loved APIs that scale
06Demonstrate a track record of leading a team including hiring, on-boarding, and professional development
07Experience implementing tools, process, internal instrumentation, methodologies and resolving blockages
08Comfortable managing teams/projections with tight deadlines and short release cycles
