Обязанности
- 01Lead and coach a regional team of Safety Response Analysts
- 02Own regional operational outcomes including utilization, SLA adherence, backlog health, and quality benchmarks
- 03Handle and oversee the most complex and high-risk cases
- 04Contribute directly to frontline work (20–30%) including investigations, enforcement decisions, and regulatory or legal escalations
- 05Partner cross-functionally with Product, Policy, Legal, Investigations, and local market teams
- 06Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- 07Identify emerging risks and trends
Требования
- 018+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, Fraud, Annotation, or platform integrity
- 024+ years of direct people leadership or senior-level operational ownership
- 03Applied AI tools and automation to improve operational workflows
- 04Deeply familiar with trust and safety operations across multiple risk areas
- 05Strong decision-maker in ambiguous, high-risk environments
- 06Communicate complex safety and risk decisions clearly and credibly
- 07Translate between frontline operations and strategic stakeholders
- 08Skilled at influencing without authority
- 09Use data, tooling, and automation to improve quality, efficiency, and scale
- 10Comfortable leading in a 24/7, high-pressure operational environment
