Обязанности

01Act as point of contact for candidates; coordinating, scheduling, and managing interviews as well as travel and accommodation arrangements when needed
02Use Ashby (our ATS) and relevant recruiting tools to stay organized and help keep our busy team on track
03Work with our team to support OpenAI’s recruiting team including supporting multiple functions, cross-training, hosting and scheduling support and completing assigned tasks
04Handle high-volume global scheduling of interviews: phone screens, video conferencing, presentations and onsite interviews
05Communicate updates to candidates regarding their applicant/interview status as needed
06Develop strong candidate and stakeholder relationships and maintaining effective communication channels

01Have 2+ years of experience in a fast paced recruiting coordinator position
02Are passionate about candidate experience
03Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask
04An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
05Are self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail
06Anticipate possible issues before they arise and effectively problem-solves in advance
07Have ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and a calm demeanor
08Are willing to take initiative and have the confidence to keep interviews running on time and hold stakeholders accountable

01This is a temporary contract assignment supporting OpenAI
02The role will be employed and paid through our third-party staffing agency
03This role can be based in one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, or Seattle, WA
04Our offices follow a hybrid work model: three days in the office each week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays
05Our open-plan spaces feature height-adjustable desks, conference rooms, phone booths, well-stocked kitchens with snacks and drinks, and more
