Обязанности
- 01Partner with account executives to deeply understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- 02Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey
- 03Work with customers on their overall AI adoption strategies including use case scoping, architecture reviews, and adoption workshops
- 04Support customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Enterprise
- 05Create and deliver compelling technical content tailored to different audiences
- 06Reproduce customer environments and problems in your own builds to prove the path to production
- 07Build deep relationships with Anthropic engineering and product teams
- 08Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude effectively
- 09Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance
- 10Identify common integration patterns and contribute insights back to Product and Engineering teams
- 11Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
- 12Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities
Требования
- 018+ years of experience in roles such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Product Manager
- 02Experience working with enterprise customers navigating complex buying cycles
- 03Experience owning named or strategic enterprise accounts through multi-stakeholder buying cycles
- 04Exceptional ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders including C-suite executives
- 05Strong technical communication skills with ability to translate customer requirements
- 06Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
- 07Comfortable with python
- 08Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or background in machine learning or data science
- 09Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 10Passion for thinking creatively about how to use technology in a safe and beneficial way
Условия
- 01Annual compensation range: $240,000 - $315,000 USD
- 02Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in offices at least 25% of time
- 03Visa sponsorship available for some roles
- 04Travel occasionally to customer sites
