Обязанности

01Case Management: Own and work associate level queues that are assigned to the Fraud Operations team
02Develop and implement scalable operational processes for fraud management
03Make risk-based, subjective decisions on high-value/risk transactions & account offboardings
04Achieve company-level goals around financial fraud losses
05Case Escalations & Incident Handling
06Respond to cross-functional partners on escalations related to fraud in a diligent way that balances risk and provides customer love
07Participating and helping in streamlining fraud operational workflows around transaction review and account investigations
08Ability to take ownership of Fraud Incident handling and be able to conduct the root cause analysis & close inefficiency gaps
09Project & Roadmap Ownership
10Ability to own & ship projects that are on Fraud Ops roadmap with full autonomy
11Able to use AI tools to elevate & enhance queues and projects
12Partner with Policy, Data Science, and Engineering to improve tooling to scale internal operations for fraud

013+ years of experience in a fraud, risk or related operations role
021+ year of experience leading projects or workstreams end to end
03Demonstrated ability to use data to investigate issues, spot trends, and support decisions
04Strong verbal and written communication skills, including with cross-functional partners
05Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
06Ability to collaborate and work with a team on projects and process improvements

01Role based in Vancouver office
02Hybrid environment with minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
03Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work
