Обязанности
- 01Strategic Leadership: Technically scope and lead the delivery of multi-quarter, high-visibility, executive-sponsored projects across Experience & Rewards system and processes (e.g., compensation, benefits, equity, and total rewards platforms).
- 02Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary conduit between business partners and technical delivery teams, owning and writing detailed functional requirements, business processes, and use cases.
- 03Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the functional specialist and delivery lead for the Experience & Rewards pod, specializing in Core HCM, compensation, rewards, and benefits technology integrations and workflows.
- 04Backlog & Execution Management: Drive delivery against a prioritized backlog for aligned stakeholder groups, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.
- 05Agile & Scrum Execution: Operate actively in a Scrum framework—breaking down complex epics and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable technical tasks while participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with our global team.
- 06Impediment Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project-level risks and requirement trade-offs with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
- 07Mentorship & Influence: Guide project teams through uncertainty, facilitate scoping workshops, and provide mentorship to junior colleagues.
Требования
- 0110+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree.
- 02Proven track record as a Delivery Lead managing complex, multi-system initiatives.
- 03Ability to handle complex issues spanning multiple applications and processes, requiring analysis of diverse data factors.
- 04Exceptional collaboration skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage conflicting perspectives, and reach consensus.
- 05Strategic thinking to anticipate future business needs and propose proactive improvements for your assigned areas.
- 06Proactive and organized with an attention to detail, ensuring we are always planning ahead to achieve delivery milestones.
- 07Strong leadership qualities to guide teams, facilitate workshops, and mentor junior colleagues.
- 08Experience with AI/Automation initiatives within an HR tech ecosystem; relevant industry certifications (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
- 09U.S. soil status - the employee must be on U.S. soil, which means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, or outlying areas of the United States, as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2.101, and be a U.S. person.

- 01Annual base salary range $170,000 – $233,200 USD (San Francisco Bay area) or $151,000 – $207,900 USD (other locations).
