Обязанности

01Facilitate stakeholder workshops brainstorming sessions to uncover requirements, map current-state IAM processes, and identify dependencies and pain points across IT, security, and product teams
02Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Produce clear business process flows and solution design diagrams to visualize the 'how' and 'why' behind the technical configuration
03Own the requirements traceability matrix to ensure alignment between business goals and technical outcomes. Validate that all functional requirements are successfully met through testing and acceptance criteria
04Partner with technical architects and consultants to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications. Provide functional oversight during the build phase to clarify business needs, resolve variances, and advise QA on defining robust acceptance criteria
05Partner with project leadership to execute change management plans, create user training documentation, and assist with go-live support during the hypercare period. Upon completion of the hypercare phase, facilitate a structured hand-off to the customer and account team for final project wrap-up and long-term support

015+ years in consulting, analysis and enterprise project /program delivery
02Demonstrated understanding of IAM principles and best practices and applicable customer use cases
03Proven ability to evaluate system feasibility and provide data-backed recommendations on security posture, identity lifecycle efficiency, and long-term scalability
04Excellent ability to synthesize complex technical specifications for non-technical stakeholders and influence diverse groups to achieve consensus
05Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to balance competing functional priorities across multiple client workstreams in a fast-paced environment
06Proficiency in utilizing standard project documentation templates (e.g., BRD, solution design) to ensure consistency and compliance with team practices
07A bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
