Обязанности

01Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover requirements, map current-state IAM processes, and identify dependencies and pain points across IT, security, and application teams
02Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
03Produce clear business process flows and solution design diagrams to visualize the technical configuration
04Support senior team members in maintaining the requirements traceability matrix to ensure alignment between business goals and technical outcomes
05Partner with technical architects and consultants to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
06Provide functional oversight during the build phase to clarify business needs, resolve variances, and advise QA on defining robust acceptance criteria
07Partner with project leadership to execute change management plans, create user training documentation, and assist with go-live support during the hypercare period
08Facilitate a structured hand-off to the customer and account team for final project wrap-up and long-term support upon completion of the hypercare phase

013+ years in consulting, analysis and enterprise project /program delivery
02Demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn IAM concepts, principles, and best practices
03Proven ability to evaluate system feasibility and provide data-backed recommendations on security posture, identity lifecycle efficiency, and long-term scalability
04Excellent ability to synthesize complex technical specifications for non-technical stakeholders and influence diverse groups to achieve consensus
05Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to balance competing functional priorities across multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment
06Proficiency in utilizing standard project documentation templates to ensure consistency and compliance with team practices
07A passion for technology and eager to develop specialized skills in Identity and Access Management
08A bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields

01Annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington
