Обязанности
- 01Execute full-cycle payroll processing for APAC international entities including India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, and many more as we expand
- 02Support expansion of payroll operations to new countries including Singapore, New Zealand, and others
- 03Support Corporate Accounting with month-end payroll related accounting tasks and questions
- 04Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws across all jurisdictions
- 05Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers
- 06Respond to employee inquiries regarding international payroll matters in a timely and professional manner
- 07Partner closely with the equity team to process stock options
- 08Resolve international tax notices from various tax authorities
- 09Collaborate with People, Tax, Global Mobility, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and implement process improvements
- 10Assist in preparing international payroll reports and analytics for management review
- 11Support payroll systems integration projects and process automation initiatives
- 12Process end-to-end payroll using Workday and Global Payroll Platform (PwC)
Требования
- 01Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 02Have 10+ years of experience in payroll operations, with at least 5 years in international payroll
- 03Are proficient in payroll processing for various compensation types (regular, off-cycle, severance, taxable benefits, and equity)
- 04Have strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- 05Are experienced with payroll journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close procedures
- 06Have experience working with Workday HRIS and global payroll providers such as PwC GPP platform (preferred)
- 07Possess excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
- 08Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 09Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
