Обязанности
- 01Support the development and execution of the company's capital strategy across various financing avenues, including debt facilities, equity investments, corporate credit lines, asset-backed securitizations, and private placements
- 02Act as a key execution team member on new debt and equity issuances, coordinating due diligence, managing legal documentation, and overseeing the closing process
- 03Build, maintain, and stress-test complex financial models to evaluate new financing proposals, analyze pricing, and assess the impact of different capital structures on the balance sheet and overall cost of capital
- 04Monitor global debt and equity capital markets, interest rate environments, and peer company financing activity to inform and shape internal strategy
- 05Create and maintain key relationships across the banking and buy-side community
- 06Cultivate and maintain strong, high-touch relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, credit rating agencies, and financial partners
- 07Prepare high-quality, professional marketing materials (pitch books, deal teasers, investor presentations) to articulate the company's financial story and financing needs to external capital providers
- 08Assist senior management in term sheet negotiations and structuring discussions with capital partners
- 09Work closely with treasury and broader finance organizations in order to help manage capital flows and capital availability for new projects as well as understanding and evaluating internal capital requests, applying a rigorous, return-focused allocation framework
- 10Support the Treasury function by analyzing short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, monitoring liquidity levels, and managing interest rate and foreign exchange risk exposures
- 11Create and distribute internal research papers for executive leadership and the Board of Directors on market activity, peer financings and their pricing, as well as important precedent transaction summaries
