Обязанности
- 01Troubleshoot and solve external user issues
- 02Analyze our processes and instigate changes to help scale our operations and improve user experience
- 03Work closely with other Stripe teams to improve our product offerings and messaging around new products and features
- 04Gain unique insights into how thousands of businesses on Stripe scale and operate
- 05Learn how Stripe operates from the ground up and make a real impact on the future of the organization
- 06Be a part of building a brand new team and operational culture for Stripe
- 07Partner with global operations specialists or business process owners to run a critical workflow
Требования
- 01User-first mindset and energized by solving difficult problems
- 02Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 03Excel in analytical thinking and problem solving
- 04Prior experience in customer service or internal and external user-facing operations
- 05Enjoy learning about technical products and processes
- 06Organized self-starter with passion for finding solutions to users' challenges
- 07Process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done
- 08Enjoy working in an in-office environment with strong cross-team collaboration and support
- 09Able to prioritize and enjoy working in a quick-moving environment
- 10Humble with proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners
- 11Willing to work a weekend shift pattern (Sun-Thur or Tue-Sat)
Условия
- 01Work in Mexico City office
- 02Weekend rotation required (Sun-Thur with Fri-Sat off or Tue-Sat with Sun-Mon off)
- 039-hour shifts including 1-hour paid lunch break
- 04Shifts scheduled between 6am and 10pm
- 05In-office environment with cross-team collaboration
- 06Part of Stripe Delivery Centers global team
