- 10balance short-term delivery with long-term technical strategy
- 11address tech debt
- 12improve infrastructure and processes
- 13implement better engineering processes
- 14refine interview process
- 15help define engineering culture
- 16interview and recruit talented engineers
Требования
- 014+ years experience working on complex web applications
- 02proven track record as a lead developer
- 03experience with modern web development tools
- 04ability to design thoughtful solutions considering edge cases and dependencies
- 05excellent communication skills for articulating ideas
- 06collaborative approach to problem-solving
- 07ability to work hard and smart
- 08preference for in-person work in collaborative environments
