Обязанности
- 01Oversee the monthly commission calculation and payout lifecycle for 2300+ global sellers
- 02Operationalize data reconciliations between upstream source systems (CRM and Workday) and Xactly Incent
- 03Map core commission workflows to eliminate friction and slash monthly close processing times
- 04Identify and deploy automation tools, custom scripts, AI-driven efficiencies to streamline commission validations, accruals, payment submissions, and reporting
- 05Drive alignment across GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT on process improvement priorities
- 06Lead change management for new tools, processes, and operating models
- 07Build and maintain scalable operational frameworks, seller performance dashboards, and executive reporting in BI tools
- 08Monitor payout-to-revenue ratios, quota attainment distributions, error rates, and operational SLA performance
- 09Maintain audit-ready control documentation and management review controls across the end-to-end commission processes
- 10Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit engagements
- 11Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global commission operations team
- 12Act as the primary escalation point for complex rep inquiry resolutions and payment adjustments
Требования
- 018+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation operations, incentive compensation management (ICM), or revenue operations
- 02Proven success running commission processing for mid-to-large enterprise sales organizations (700+ reps) under tight close deadlines
- 03Deep hands-on experience with enterprise ICM platforms (e.g., Xactly)
- 04Deep hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- 05Deep hands-on experience with SQL
- 06Deep hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- 07Advanced Excel proficiency
- 08Demonstrated success collaborating with GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, Accounting, FP&A, and Legal on exception workflows and financial compliance
- 09Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Условия
- 01Annual base salary range for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $162,000 — $222,000 USD
- 02Annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington is between: $144,000 — $198,000 USD
- 03Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits
