Обязанности
- 01Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources, including customer and partner feedback and product usage metrics, to build cohesive stories around customer pain points
- 02Design and maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards to surface key metrics and trends to stakeholders
- 03Influence product and engineering decision-makers to deliver the best possible customer experience, using both data and qualitative analysis to inform your perspective
- 04Partner with cross-functional operations teams to develop key metrics, build automated reporting, and implement process improvements
- 05Organize and monitor key results across product lines, communicating progress and blockers regularly to department stakeholders
- 06Show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
- 07Facilitate stakeholder syncs and cross-departmental alignment to build consensus on critical product decisions
- 08Champion Databricks principles: be customer obsessed, be data-driven, team work makes the dream work, and own it
Требования
- 016+ years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role
- 02Experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel
- 03Experience building Data pipelines using SQL, Python, R, or Scala
- 04Experience building dashboards and data visualizations, using tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, PowerBI, and/or Data Studio
- 05Comfortable communicating with Databricks executives and department leadership
- 06Capable of distilling complex analysis and modeling efforts into clear messaging
- 07Experience in the enterprise software industry, SaaS and B2B experience preferred
- 08Experience working with customer-facing support systems such as in-app help centers, customer case & form submission flows, and zero-contact resolution/self-help features
- 09Listen well in order to drive stakeholder alignment to help reach the necessary decisions
- 10Excellent communication/presentation skills
- 11Experience leading update syncs (strong preference for Agile/Scrum/JIRA experience)
- 12You understand the benefits of moving quickly while paying attention to detail
- 13Entrepreneurial, can do attitude - ability and willingness to make an impact in a start-up
