02Foundational knowledge of research design and analysis, with exposure to both qualitative and quantitative methods
03Familiarity with topics such as job analysis, performance measurement, surveys, and program evaluation
04Comfort working with data and spreadsheets
05Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in research and documentation
06Clear, organized communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
07Comfort working in dynamic, technology-driven environments and partnering with cross-functional teams
