Обязанности

01Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory
02Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners
03Provide exceptional, timely service to hosts, including in-person support as needed
04Implement strategies to effectively manage and optimize strategic partnerships
05Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply within your assigned geography
06Educate clients on all significant product updates and cascade feedback
07Leverage data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities
08Develop and implement unique engagement projects
09Work cross-functionally with teams such as product, communications, public policy, legal, tax and customer support
10Acquire comprehensive knowledge of local market trends
11Understand the technical aspects of software partnerships
12Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Hosts and at industry conferences
13Support host community programs in your region

018+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
02Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Portuguese
032+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus
04Proven track record of being able to effectively work a leads pipeline and a book of business
05Proficient quantitative skills and proven ability to interpret and apply data
06Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
07Proven experience working cross-functionally
08Excellent communication and presentation skills
09Charismatic self-starter who is resourceful and self-sufficient
10Highly proficient in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce
11Based in South Florida, and must be willing to regularly travel to your assigned territory
12Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy
