01Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb
02Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality
03Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential
04Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams
05Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform
06Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success
07Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs
08Support Market Managers on your team to deliver one-to-many education programs, such as webinars and scaled e-mail communication

013+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support
022+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have)
03Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
04Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management
05Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence in the face of challenges
06Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in-person
07Fluency in English (mandatory)
08Fluency in Spanish (nice to have)
09Based in Florida to be able to conduct their work
