Обязанности
- 01Build, manage and expand partner relationships in Tier 3 markets
- 02Provide white-glove support to Tier 1 accounts for content updates and trouble-shooting
- 03Assist Market Managers in onboarding Hotel Partners on Airbnb
- 04Process the KYC with hotels partners
- 05Respond to hotel inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support
- 06Implement strategies to manage and optimize the long tail of thousands of Hotels in the region
- 07Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders
- 08Leverage data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities
- 09Use an entrepreneurial approach to develop and implement unique engagement projects
Требования
- 013+ years of experience in account management or partner support
- 02Personal assistants or background in hotel operations are also encouraged to apply
- 032+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have)
- 04Strong time management and prioritization skills
- 05Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth
- 06Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action
- 07Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 08Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly working with leads and opportunities
- 09Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a strong plus
Условия
- 01Base pay range: €58,000 — €68,000 EUR annually
- 02Role may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits
- 03Location: Germany
