• 01Own one cross-lever roadmap and source of truth consolidating incentives, host-funded promotions, engagement and CRM, partnerships, and merchandising campaigns across all regions into a single plan
• 02Build and run the levers operating system including cadence, launch readiness, and clear RACI across Global Markets, central growth marketing, product, and finance
• 03Set up the change-intake and sequencing process for new campaign and lever requests with clear rules for prioritization, approval, and conflict resolution
• 04Translate budget into an executable plan tracking committed versus available spend across levers and markets
• 05Drive alignment across regional business operations, growth marketing, partnerships, and central product and merchandising teams
• 06Convert strategy into standardized templates, coupon and efficiency-reference libraries, launch checklists, and repeatable operations
• 07Partner with Advanced Analytics and FP&A on consistent tracking, post-mortems, and readouts
• 08Own the Global Markets reporting cadence including Weekly Business Review, weekly leadership report, and monthly country-performance newsletter
• 09Run recurring cross-functional roadmap syncs with payments, advanced analytics, growth marketing, merchandising, and international product
• 10Maintain operating system through peak seasons and leadership absences

Требования

• 0112+ years in program management, business operations, or marketing/GTM operations
• 02Experience orchestrating growth, marketing, or commercial programs across multiple markets in marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer-tech environment
• 03Proven track record establishing a new operating system or central coordination capability from scratch
• 04Exceptional cross-functional orchestration in a heavily matrixed organization
