01Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth for Airbnb's Experiences business
02Own demand strategy and business growth for a defined set of priority markets
03Lead select global cross-functional programs that improve how guests discover and book experiences
04Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, finance, marketing, community, communications, sales operations, and supply
05Leverage analytical skills to translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans
06Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
07Own and influence business outcomes of this high-growth area
08Think outside the box to come up with novel ways of structuring incentives and business models

0110+ years of experience leading complex growth initiatives or business programs in high-growth environments
02Proven track record of building and scaling new businesses
03Experience in consumer services industry, particularly within a digital company
04Direct experience launching and scaling growth initiatives such as paid marketing, referral programs, ambassador programs, distribution partnerships, affiliates
05Strong analytical abilities combined with deep understanding of guest needs and market dynamics
06Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
07Expertise in driving collaboration across diverse teams
08Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently to execute complex programs
09Proven experience in leading strategic and tactical execution within large organization
10Capable of self-learning and developing tools to enhance processes
11Strong enthusiasm for working closely with the Airbnb community

01US - Remote Eligible position
02Occasional work at Airbnb office or attendance at offsites as agreed with manager
03Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
