• 01Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s agent ecosystem products
• 02Define how agents discover, access, and safely use Vanta capabilities, partnering with the platform teams that own APIs and authentication
• 03Hold outcome parity as a product principle: work a customer can complete in Vanta should be possible through MCP, CLI, and plugin surfaces too
• 04Lead marketplace and plugin launches, aligning product, engineering, legal, security, and go-to-market around each one
• 05Partner with engineering and design to ship secure, reliable developer products
• 06Build the developer-facing marketing motion: external agent documentation and customer stories that show what MCP and CLI users have unlocked
• 07Partner with the product partnerships and alliances team on co-marketing with agent platforms like Anthropic and OpenAI, keeping a pulse on the agent ecosystem so Vanta is part of the key stacks
• 08Define adoption and quality metrics, and use customer and product data to prioritize

Требования

• 015+ years of product management experience, taking products from strategy through to shipped outcomes
• 02Experience shipping developer-facing or programmatic products (APIs, integrations, plugins, SDKs, or CLI tools), and comfort treating MCP, CLI, and plugins as product surfaces
• 03Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and developer tools
• 04Hands-on experience building with AI and agent tools, not just evaluating them
• 05Experience taking complex products or partnerships from strategy through launch
• 06Ability to connect ecosystem opportunities to customer problems and product outcomes
• 07Experience building relationships with technology platforms, AI companies, developer communities, or enterprise customers
• 08Experience leading cross-functional work across product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, legal, and go-to-market
• 09Strong written and verbal communication, and sound judgment in ambiguous environments
• 10Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work, demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
