• 01Working with teams across the organization to understand pain points in their infrastructure usage to find common ideas and work to create solutions which span multiple domains
• 02Define and produce high quality written proposals, communications and documentation
• 03Execute on technical programs that require deep systems and engineering level knowledge
• 04Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Engineers and other Technical Program Managers to define, scope and drive large programs to conclusion
• 05Play a key part in shaping the technical design, predicting technical roadblocks by collaborating with engineers, and identifying trade-offs
• 06Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs to achieve goals with well defined success criteria
• 07Elevate the execution muscle of engineering teams around you
• 08Train them to be better at delivery where needed
• 09Help influence peers / stakeholders and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
• 10Leverage data and acquired knowledge to drive strategic decisions at an engineering leadership level
• 11Create widely circulated plans, driving consistency, clarity and building alignment across teams
• 12Operationalize and execute critical cross functional programs spanning multiple engineering organizations for Infrastructure (Developer Infrastructure, Core Infrastructure, Service Infrastructure)
• 13Shape technical design, predicting technical roadblocks by collaborating with engineers, and identify trade-offs
• 14Drive programs that span across Stripe in the core infrastructure of Stripe's payment systems
• 15Responsible for the successful definition, cross-functional strategy, planning and execution of large-scale technical programs
• 16Solve complex problems and enable products and infrastructure at scale
• 17Deliver exceptional results through building and implementing solutions that scale while protecting our users and serving the business
• 18Demonstrate deep technical expertise in software infrastructure

Требования

• 01Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• 025 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in Software engineering, systems engineering or technical program management
• 034 years experience in Core infrastructure including database, cloud compute, networking and services
• 044 years experience in Program management during all phases of software development from kick-off to launch
• 052 years experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• 065 years experience in software architecture and systems design
• 075 years experience in technical program management in software infrastructure
• 085 years experience in cloud infrastructure in compute, networking, databases, or service frameworks
• 091 year experience in SQL
