Обязанности

01Provide technical direction, shape architecture, and build core products for seamless developer and AI agent interaction with MongoDB
02Work closely with research, product management, product engineering, product design, peers, and other teams to define the first version and future evolution of AI interfaces
03Design, build, and deliver well-tested core pieces of the platform (MongoDB MCP Server, Agent Skills, Intelligent Assistant Platform, purpose-built agents) in collaboration with other vested parties
04Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them to completion independently, making sound decisions as requirements evolve
05Contribute to shaping architecture, code reviews, development practices, and developer experience as teams and product grow
06Mentor fellow engineers and assume ownership and accountability of projects

01Strong background in building core components for scalable, high-availability web applications and services
025+ years of experience building backend systems, primarily in Node.js and TypeScript, with interest in working across a polyglot codebase
03Proven success in designing, writing, testing, debugging, and performance tuning software systems in large, long-lived code bases
04Track record of identifying problems, implementing solutions, and delivering complex projects independently with minimal guidance
05Product-minded approach to engineering, with judgment to make pragmatic tradeoffs and comfort operating amid ambiguity and rapidly evolving technologies
06Enjoys collaboration and being part of a team; approachable, curious, and intellectually honest
07Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills, and desire to collaborate with colleagues
08Ability to be a force multiplier in software development process, enabling teams to deliver great products through leadership and technical contributions
09Eager to learn, with a strong technical background
