Обязанности
- 01Lead and mentor a team of Partner Solution Architects, cultivating strong relationships across the partner ecosystem
- 02Develop and execute strategic initiatives to align partner success with MongoDB’s objectives
- 03Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to drive strategic business plans for partner engagement
- 04Equip partners with knowledge and resources to ensure technical alignment and support go-to-market success
- 05Help partners understand and position MongoDB solutions to meet evolving market needs
- 06Serve as a trusted advisor, reinforcing MongoDB’s competitive advantage within the partner ecosystem
- 07Work closely with sales and marketing to identify ecosystem opportunities, driving joint business growth and expanding market reach
- 08Oversee the creation of co-branded solutions and proposals, supporting revenue targets and mutual alignment
- 09Address partner challenges by providing relevant business and technical solutions
- 10Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture focused on growth, mentorship, and diversity of thought
- 11Champion best practices in partner engagement and strategic planning, ensuring a supportive environment for all team members
- 12Build team agility to respond effectively to shifting market and partner dynamics
- 13Serve as a liaison between MongoDB’s internal teams and partners, providing timely updates and strategic insights
- 14Communicate complex concepts accessibly to ensure stakeholder alignment
- 15Represent MongoDB at events and forums, strengthening its reputation as a partner-centric organization
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in partner management, solution architecture, or related roles, with a strategic focus and at least 6-8 years in a leadership capacity
- 02Strong background in developing and executing strategies for partner engagement and success, ideally within technology or cloud environments
- 03Excellent relationship-building skills with an ability to engage and influence senior leaders across diverse partner organizations
- 04Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate both business and technical value to a wide range of audiences
- 05Commitment to inclusivity and fostering a diverse, equitable team environment
- 06Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- 07Willingness to travel up to 30% to support partner engagement
