• 01Own end-to-end consolidated financial reporting for all hardware organizations (Io and Robotics), delivering a single, integrated P&L view across R&D, Product, Revenue, COGS, and OpEx
• 02Establish and run the hardware financial operating cadence, including monthly close, forecasting, reforecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring consistency and accountability across teams
• 03Serve as a key finance partner to Hardware Finance leads, central FP&A, and Accounting, aligning bottoms-up plans with accounting actuals and enterprise reporting requirements
• 04Build and maintain consolidated forecasting and reporting models that roll up inputs from Product Finance, Revenue, COGS / Supply Chain, and R&D into a cohesive, driver-based financial view
• 05Design, implement, and manage hardware financial systems, tools, and processes, driving standardization, automation, and scalability while reducing manual effort and reconciliation risk
• 06Own the hardware chart of accounts and financial structures, ensuring clarity of ownership, consistent definitions, and compatibility with accounting and enterprise systems
• 07Provide executive-ready financial insights, including variance explanations, trend analysis, and forward-looking risk and opportunity signals for hardware leadership
• 08Establish data governance and quality controls, defining standards, validation checks, and review processes to ensure financial outputs are trusted, repeatable, and auditable
• 09Support portfolio-level decision-making by enabling consistent comparisons across hardware programs and organizations, improving transparency and alignment in resource allocation discussions
• 10Contribute to the development and scaling of the hardware finance infrastructure, evolving systems, reporting, and processes to support continued growth without adding friction

Требования

• 018+ years of progressive finance experience with significant exposure to hardware, manufacturing, or complex supply chain businesses
• 02A passion for helping build world-class finance teams and driving business and financial outcomes, as measured on margin improvement, working capital efficiency, forecast accuracy, and execution of cost-reduction initiatives
• 03A strong ability to critically evaluate opportunities and risks
• 04Expert modeling skills with best-in-class attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy
• 05Exemplary ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights
• 06Excellent communication skills and “story telling” ability when presenting data insights
• 07Strong enthusiasm for building the human-computer interface for the AI era
